NEW FEATURE
Your team, your jobs, your week — all in one place
Scheduling is built into Esti-mate Electrical,
so you can plan your workforce, track hours, and spot clashes
before they become a problem on site.
The Problem
Stop running your schedule out of your head
Most electrical contractors juggle their schedule across phone calls, text messages, paper rosters and memory. It works — right up until two jobs collide in the same week and you’re short-handed on site.
Scheduling brings all of it into one place: the same platform you already use to tender and manage your projects.
No extra app. No extra login.

Everything your workforce runs on, in one spot
The Standout
See the clash before it hits site
This is the one that changes how you run the business.
Create tasks against each project — dates, durations, how many people you need — and the Tracking view pulls every job and every task across your whole business onto a single timeline.
If two jobs overlap and you haven’t got the people, it flags it. So you can sort it early: line up extra labour, or ring the builder to move a start date — before it becomes a problem on the tools.
Why It Matters
If you know what’s coming, you can plan for it
The real value isn’t the calendar or the timesheets — it’s forward visibility. Knowing two jobs clash in the first week of June, before you’re standing on site short two people, is the difference between a contractor who’s reactive and one who’s in control.
Scheduling gives you the intelligence to make the right calls early — with your staff, your builders, and your business.

FAQs
Common questions about Scheduling
Where do I find the Scheduling add-on? (Plan)
Scheduling is bundled into the Yearly Plus and Premium Plus plans. Head to the pricing page on esti-mateelectrical.com.au and look under the Plus section to upgrade within your account.
Where do I find the Scheduling add-on? (Feature)
It is within the “Projects” section of your portal.
What's the difference between Yearly Plus and Premium Plus?
Both include Scheduling and the Overlay Feature. Premium Plus also includes the full Esti-mate Electrical, Count-UP, and Project Control suite at the premium tier — it’s the complete package for contractors who want everything in one plan.
Is there a limit on how many staff I can add?
No. The Scheduling feature covers your whole business regardless of team size — add as many staff as you need at no extra cost.
I was on Premium before 1 July 2026. Do I need to upgrade to Plus?
No. If you were on a Premium plan before 1 July 2026, Scheduling has been added to your account automatically at no extra charge, for the lifetime of your subscription. You do not need to change plans.

How does the Google Calendar sync work?
Any job or task added in Esti-mate will appear in your staff member’s Google Calendar automatically. Anything added in Google Calendar will come across to Esti-mate. It works both ways, with no manual steps required.
What happens to my timesheets?
Staff log hours directly from their phone against the relevant job. Those hours flow automatically into the project in the portal — no manual reconciling needed on your end.
What's the Tracking View?
The Tracking View pulls every job and every task across your entire business into a single timeline. If two projects overlap and you don’t have enough staff to cover both, the platform flags it automatically — giving you time to sort it out before it becomes a problem on site.
